My 360 Product View Creator software quits unexpectedly. What should I do?
360 Creator crashes are used by the Iconasys team to further troubleshoot the Iconasys software. It is recommended that you send us your crash reports and that you also provide your email address, so that we may contact you if we need to provide you with updated software or to inquire more information about how the software crash happened.
Please go to Event Viewer, from the Control Panel or Settings, search for Event, go to View event logs:
Double click to open Windows Logs, click Application, click Error, copy and send to support the text under the General tab. Here is the path where the info about crash is:
