How do I use the customer portal to manage my support tickets?

Step-by-step guide

Here's a brief description of how to login and to use Iconasys' Service-desk portal:

  1. Login to your account by going to this website:
    1. User name is your email address
    2. If you do not recall creating an account or setting the password then:
      1. Try resetting your password using the online form.  If you're having no luck, then
      2. Please email our support team and ask them to reset your password.
  2. Once you are logged in, the interface will look something like similar to this
  3. From here you can create a new issue or click on My requests to see your currently opened issues

    Then click on the issue you are interested to navigate to it.
  4. If the password was provided by our support team and you would like to change it, then from the down arrow, next to the profile picture (or the generic profile picture), click on Profile to edit your profile information
  5. Change your password to something that is more familiar to you:
